Returns Policy
For all product returns it is necessary that the products are in their original condition, unused and returned within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.

If you wish to replace the product with the same product in a different size or design, you must contact us to confirm availability.
In the case of exchange-return of products , the cost of shipping is borne by the customer, and it is necessary to contact one of our representatives first.
The change can be carried out in the following ways: A. At your place EXCHANGE (hand to hand) with the courier o who will deliver the new size or design you want. Β. To pick up by doing an EXCHANGE at the nearest SPEEDEX store in your area. ATTENTION In case the customer needs to return the parcel , there will be a charge of 5€ for shipping costs (courier).
All shoes should be tried on a soft surface until you are sure you want to keep them. Shoes will be returned in their original condition.

Further, changes will not be accepted for products with a 50% or more discount rate, for products that are part of a special offer (2+1, 1+1 etc).

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of the order can be made in the following cases:

Α) A. Sending an email with the order code and the word (order cancellation). EMAIL: info@skkampolisshoes.gr

B) If the online order has been completed, but the product has not yet been shipped, you can call 210-2692916 and one of our associates will take care of the cancellation of your order.

In case the shipment has been completed the cancellation is not accepted.
